Want to return or exchange something on your order? Contact us below with the order number and what you'd like to return/exchange and why (like if you just don't like it, if it doesn't fit, etc) and we'll get back to you within 24 business hours! Please note: We have a restocking fee on all returns.
If you have any questions about an open order, you MUST let us know your order number. We need that in order to pull up your order and see what's going on. We get dozens of messages a day, so don't assume we'll just remember who you are!
Also, any inquires about custom pieces will likely be ignored. We do not offer custom orders anymore and get too many inquiries involving custom requests (either based on pieces on our site or based on our social media history, or more). We don't have time to do any custom pieces now that we do production runs, and they just aren't financially worthwhile for us. If you are submitting a question about custom, please know you likely will not get a reply! If you want something shorter, we recommend finding local tailors/dry cleaners to hem for you if you can not!
