    What kind of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards or you can pay with Paypal.

    How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

    We try to ship same day for stock orders, though it can take up to three business days (unless otherwise noted, Monday-Friday excluding holidays) to ship orders. If you ordered ANY Preorder items, your order will not ship till the final product arrives. We recommend NOT ordering a stock item alongside an item listed as PREORDER as it means your stock piece is going to hang out with us till the preorder arrives. Just place two orders, the shipping savings isn’t that great. 

    (Stock items do not have PREORDER in their titles!)

    Where in the world do you ship?

    We ship worldwide! We are based in Los Angeles, California in the United States. That’s also where all of our product is made. However, international shipping is not cheap. We can't change that, that's just the way it works. We also are not responsible for any import tariffs or customs fees. We apologize in advance for any customs your country would charge.

    Can I change/cancel my order?

    So long as the item has not shipped, yes. If you are cancelling, we return all but 5% of the order to cover transaction fees.

    What is your exchange policy?

    You may exchange your unworn (we understand if you try it on, but smells/stains? That’s worn) and unwashed items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process (mostly to make sure we have the size you want). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging. So long as we have the product in stock we can exchange it. If you are wishing to exchange for a completely different product, that is a return and new sale. We can not exchange between products, only between sizes. 

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it within 7 days of receiving it, we allow the return so long as the garment is unworn. You may send it back in the shipping packaging to the return address on the label. Please include your packing slip with your order number. You must also contact us through the Contact Page with your order number and the items you are sending back to return.

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an order, and shipping costs are non refundable. It may take a few days for us to process returns, so even if you have shipped it back to us and it’s showing as delivered, it may take a few days for us to return it fully and credit the amount to your card or account.

    The item will have to be in the mail within seven days of the tracking showing as delivered to your address for us to return it. Notifying us within 7 days and then not shipping it back for another week will disqualify you from a return. 

    There is a 5% restocking fee that is held for all returns.

    My product arrived damaged, what do I do??

    Please e-mail us using the form on our contact page and we will exchange it on us! However, replacements are only provided in the same item and size only, provided we have stock of the item! 


    Does my shipment include insurance?

    If you select 'Priority Mail' your package will include $100 of insurance. First Class Packages (both Domestic and International) have zero insurance and insurance can not be added to them. 

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    So long as you ordered stock items, they take normally 2-6 days in the states, and between 8 and god-knows-how-long for International orders. Due to post office policies, we can not be held responsible for any international orders going astray. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to bring other options to you soon. 

    How long will it take to receive my preorder?

    We try to list the month that a preorder will ship in the individual listings. There are times when factories face delays, thus the product will be delayed. Things happen, and we try our best to get them out on time if not early. Please note, if an listing states a month the product will ship in, there is little chance of the piece shipping before that month. Your credit card will be charged when you check out.
