**We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. No exceptions. We do however offer store credit that does not expire. Ever**

Elhoffer Design does not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. We ONLY offer store credit.

Our products move quickly, so we can not offer exchanges. We do however offer store credit. To initiate an a return please contact info@elhofferdesign.com with your order number and follow the return instructions. Once an item is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit code that you are able to use toward the same purchased item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, the store credit can be used towards anything else at Elhoffer Design and never expires.

If you aren't in love with your item, please send us an email first informing us of your return! Send your return item email to: info@elhofferdesign.com. Include your order number, a tracking number, the item you will be sending back and the reason for return.

Customer is responsible for payment of shipping to return package back to Elhoffer Design for store credit. Elhoffer Design does not cover extra shipping costs whatsoever.

Elhoffer Design accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery of your order. Items must be free of use (no make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other markings). If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (post-marked after the 14th day of delivery) of being delivered, it can not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost.

If your order qualified for free shipping and your return would make it no longer qualify for free shipping, that shipping fee will be withheld from your store credit.

If you'd like, you can request to join our Facebook Sell/Trade Market Page and sell your unwanted item on there to someone else!

We do not offer store credit on Starpuff Special items or Sale items. We also do not allow any returns on product purchased at conventions or from any of our wholesalers. These items are FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving. Once it is processed you will receive an email with your store credit code. If you send us your tracking code it can help our team keep an eye out for the package to help process it faster.
