Find Our Studio For Pickups

Find us (and your order) IRL at: 360 West Ave 26 Suite #104 Los Angeles, CA 90031

WE REQUIRE YOU TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME!

We aren't always in our studio due to staff cuts and shortages, so we have to have at least 24 hours notice to make sure someone can be there when you want to come by (or find another time if we can't make it work!). 

Please email us at info@elhofferdesign.com to plan your pickup ahead of time! 

We only offer pickups Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Parking/Pickups:

You can park across the street from our building till 4pm. Do NOT park across the street after 4pm you'll absolutely get towed. You can park in the driveway between the Metro stop and our building and put on your hazards and run up the side stairs if stairs are accessible to you! There's a ramp on the other side of the building as well. Our double glass doors #104 are on the far right of the building when looking at it from Ave 26. We have a blue planter by our doors and have a Ring doorbell attached to the door (though it's not always charged the battery dies fast). Just ring the doorbell or knock on the door and someone should be able to help you within a minute or two! DO NOT GO TO THE CENTER METAL DOORS THAT'S THE DOORS TO THE BUILDING we can't hear you if you knock on those. We are the GLASS doors in the corner!  You can knock on those!

We are happy to run your order out to your car if you're having trouble parking or just can't come up! Just call us and we should be able to accomodate! We're a small team so please just be patient with us!
