Wrapping it is fairly easy once you get used to it. You slip your arms through the back hole so the bottom part is tight to your back and the upper hood is up (wrapping with the hood up on your head is best). Then bring one side around and slip it through the hole at your shoulder for the hood, keeping it tight across your chest as you wrap.
