Add-On: I Want To Pickup My Order at The Perky Nerd
If you're Los Angeles local and would like to grab your order from our friends at the Perky Nerd we can pull your order and pass it to them! THIS LISTING MUST BE IN YOUR CART IN ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PULLED.
We deliver orders to The Perky Nerd on Thursday evenings so orders placed before Wednesday at Midnight PT will likely be ready by Friday for pickup. Orders placed after this time will be ready by the following Friday.
We request all orders be picked up within the week, with a maximum hold of 14 days. Our Drop Off schedule may be varied as we handle holiday shipping.
You'll get an email when the order is ready for pickup at the store! You will have to stop by The Perky Nerd during their COVID business hours as well (And you'll have to wear a mask, which you should be wearing anyway!)
Once at the store you can hop in and ask the team there if they can pull your Elhoffer pickup! You'll need your order number in order to get your order. While you're there please consider supporting a small business and grabbing a comic or game!
If your order is a preorder it will only be available for pickup once we receive the delivery from our factory.

Why am I paying for shipping??
We have agreed to pay The Perky Nerd for their time and space as well, and since we are both small businesses these fees aren't accounted for in all of our pieces (like if you buy something on Starpuff Special or on Preorder). From our employees bagging orders up, organizing and dropping them off, to The Perky Nerd staff pulling and passing the bags, it all costs money
All fees are nonrefundable. If you don't pick up your order within 2 weeks of it being dropped and getting the email that it's ready we may pick it up and ship it. If you need additional time to pickup, just email us and we can hold your order there longer so long as we still have room for it! If it's been 2 weeks and you haven't picked it up or contacted us we will pull the order back to our studio and ship it out!
We also will not split orders. If you order a stock piece with a preorder may wait till the preorder arrives. Combining orders for pickup is at the discretion of our shipping team, but shipping is always non-refundable.
All discounted stock purchases are FINAL SALE - no returns/exchanges. Returns of full price and preorder apparel are to store credit (never expires). Shipping is non-refundable. We do not allow any cancellations.
